Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, including a tracking number.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the European Union. If your country isn't available at checkout, it means we don't yet deliver there — sign up to our newsletter to be notified when that changes.

Delivery times

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees — occasional delays can happen once a parcel is with the carrier, and they're outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and are shown before you complete your purchase.

Tracking your order

Every order ships with a tracking number, sent to the email address you used at checkout. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at info@velbara.com.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, email us at info@velbara.com with your order number. We'll sort it out — a replacement or a refund, your choice.
